Shipping & Delivery Policy

Once an order is successfully confirmed, please allow 2–3 working days for packing and processing.

After dispatch, orders are generally expected to be delivered within 7 days, depending on the customer's location and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to: festivals; public holidays; sales; high-volume periods; courier delays; weather conditions; operational disruptions; or circumstances outside GThrift's reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number when placing an order.

GThrift is not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers may receive shipping/dispatch information through the contact details provided during checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient or repeated delivery attempts, the customer may be contacted for further instructions.

Any additional shipping costs arising from incorrect information provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility, where applicable.

Standard shipping across all states in India is ₹100/- per order.

For heavy parcels above 2 kg, additional shipping charges may apply.

In such cases, GThrift will personally contact the customer before dispatch regarding the additional amount.

A proper receipt/breakdown of the additional shipping charges will be provided for transparency.

No extra shipping amount will be charged without informing the customer first.
