GThrift is a pre-loved fashion store based in Mumbai, offering curated pre-loved and imported fashion pieces through its online and offline store.

Store Address: Tenth Central Mall, Kandivali West, Mahavir Nagar, Shop No. 47, Ground Floor, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Walk-ins are welcome during store operating hours.

GThrift specialises in curated pre-loved and imported fashion pieces. Many products are one-of-one or available in very limited quantities.

Product images, descriptions, measurements, sizing information and condition ratings are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the available product information before placing an order.

Each applicable product is assigned a condition rating:

10/10 — New Imported: Brand-new imported pieces that have never been worn.

9/10 — Pre-Loved: Gently pre-loved pieces with minimal signs of wear.

The condition rating applicable to a product will be displayed on its product listing.

Because pre-loved pieces may have individual characteristics associated with their previous ownership or storage, customers should carefully review the product photographs, description and condition rating before purchasing.

Because GThrift operates both online and offline, inventory availability may occasionally change before the website is updated.

Although GThrift takes reasonable steps to maintain accurate inventory, an item may, in exceptional circumstances, be sold in-store before the online inventory is updated.

If an order is accepted for a product that has become unavailable due to an inventory discrepancy, GThrift will contact the customer and provide a full refund of the amount paid for that unavailable product/order, as applicable.

All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

GThrift reserves the right to change product prices, offers or promotions at any time. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully confirmed and paid for, except where required due to an obvious pricing or technical error.

An order is considered confirmed once the order has been successfully placed, and payment has been successfully received and verified.

Customers will receive an order confirmation containing their GThrift order number.

Each confirmed order is assigned a unique GThrift order number in the format: #GT001, #GT002, #GT003, etc.

Customers should retain their order number for future communication regarding their order.

All confirmed purchases are final sale.

Except where the issue is attributable to GThrift, products cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled after confirmation, or refunded.

Customers are therefore strongly advised to review the product photographs, description, measurements, condition rating and other available information before placing an order.

If you require additional photographs or information about a product, please contact GThrift before purchasing.

If an issue occurs due to GThrift, including an item being unavailable because of an inventory discrepancy, GThrift will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a full refund where applicable.

Orders generally require 2–3 working days for packing and processing.

After dispatch, delivery is generally expected within 7 days, depending on the customer's location and courier service.

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, holidays or periods of unusually high order volume.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including their name, phone number, email address and delivery address.

GThrift cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Customers agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website functionality or engage in fraudulent activity.

GThrift reserves the right to cancel or restrict orders that appear fraudulent, abusive or otherwise suspicious, subject to applicable law.

All website content, including photographs, logos, branding, text, graphics and other materials, belongs to or is used by GThrift with appropriate permission and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

GThrift may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
